About Me
I'm a multidisciplinary urbanist and creative professional with a decade of experience working in urban design, planning and sustainability in the UK and internationally.
I work on a freelance basis with private sector, local government and nonprofit clients on commissions related to urban sustainability, design and nature. My mission is to demystify the complexities of urbanism in an era of climate crisis and inspire meaningful climate action.

Urban Nature and Climate Adaptation
My recent work has focused heavily on helping nature to flourish in urban areas for biodiversity and climate adaptation. I recently conducted a study on how climate change may impact the urban habitats at a London nature reserve and how management approaches can respond to this.

Urban Strategy and Design Guidance
While working as a consultant at Urban Initiatives and Dar, I contributed to a number of strategic studies and guides for local authorities in England, Ireland and Nigeria. This included town centre masterplans, building height and tall building studies, and urban design guides.

Engagement and Facilitation
Throughout my career I've run countless community and stakeholder engagement processes both online and in-person. I'm also a skilled workshop facilitator and love bringing people around the table to solve problems and strategise together.
Most of my consulting projects have involved leading engagement processes and events.
Project Highlight:
Facilitated a workshop on Biodiversity Net Gain with landscape architects and ecologists in Kent, and published the key recommendations.
